Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Additional agreement: an agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content, and/or services in connection with a distance contract and these goods, digital content, and/or services are supplied by the entrepreneur or by a third party based on an agreement between that third party and the entrepreneur;
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes relating to his trade, business, craft, or profession;
Day: calendar day;
Digital content: data produced and supplied in digital form;
Long-term contract: a contract that covers the regular delivery of goods, services, and/or digital content over a specified period;
Durable medium: any tool – including email – that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed to him personally in a way that enables future consultation or use for a period tailored to the purpose for which the information is intended, and which allows unchanged reproduction of the stored information;
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s ability to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products, (access to) digital content, and/or services to consumers remotely;
Distance contract: a contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer as part of an organized system for distance selling of products, digital content, and/or services, where up to and including the conclusion of the contract only or partly use is made of one or more techniques for remote communication;
Model withdrawal form: the European model withdrawal form included in Appendix I to these conditions. Appendix I need not be made available if the consumer has no right of withdrawal regarding his order;
Remote communication technique: a tool that can be used for concluding a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same room.

Online purchase:

When you make a purchase from us, you, as well as we, are bound by these terms. That’s why you can find these terms on our website. These terms are also available upon request via email, and you must agree to our terms when placing an order.

For some of our products, specific conditions may apply, which are listed on our returns and repairs pages or in our knowledge base.

We not only use our own General Terms and Conditions but also those of the AECA-ITV for bicycle companies and motorized two-wheeler companies. This can be freely downloaded from the AECA-ITV  website.

You can find our entire range on our website. We make every effort to provide all information as complete and accurate as possible. It may happen that an item is not in stock during ordering, which will be clearly indicated on the product page and in the order confirmation.

Right of withdrawal and your obligations during the cooling-off period

There are exceptions to our right of withdrawal. The statutory exceptions from art VI 53 WER therefore apply. In addition, business purchases are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

You will find the current prices and shipping costs for each product on our site. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

We make every effort to deliver the item you ordered correctly. If we have made a mistake, please let us know. We will try to resolve it with you.

And of course, you have statutory warranty on all our products. This means that a product must meet what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from the product. In addition, there is also a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty. We adhere to and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and conditions. Do you have a warranty request? Please let us know, and we will gladly assess it and work with you to find a suitable solution. When you order as a business, you waive the warranty period and the statutory warranty.

Normal wear and tear and subsequently applied accessories are not covered by this warranty. Defects or damage due to improper use, accidents, or neglected maintenance are not covered by this warranty. Any alterations made to the frame or components invalidate this warranty. Fatdaddy is not responsible for resulting damages. Labor costs for replacing parts are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.

At Xplorebike, we offer various shipping methods so you can always determine how, where, and when you wish to receive your purchase.

  • For deliveries within Spain (except Canarian Islands and Balarian Islands) shipping fee from 100€. 
  • Pickup: It is always possible to pick up your Xplorebike product yourself at the at our showroom in Valencia. 

For shipping outside Spain, variable rates are calculated in the Shopping Cart based on the order value and size.

We offer you various options to pay for your order.

If you choose prepayment, we will process your order immediately upon receipt of your payment.

When making a payment, please always include your order number. If the payment details are incorrect, please inform us immediately.

Occasionally, something goes wrong with an order, or we simply make a mistake. That’s unfortunate, especially for you. If you have a complaint about this, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to make it right again.

We always try to come up with solutions right away, but we promise to respond substantively to your question within 14 days at the latest.
